Candie’s Teal Blue Dress

This beautiful dress has been worn only a couple of times and is still in perfect condition! It has an elastic back, so it can stretch quite a bit. Comes with a cute accent belt for around the waist and a sort of ruching detail just under the bust for some more flare. I’m happy to provide measurements upon request.
