Candie’s ombre skirt L

Candie’s L (xl imo) 18” waist 20” drop waist. Blue ombre skirt. Sequin detail on yoke. A few are loose. 27” length. Fully lined with mesh ruffle at the bottom. “Vintage” early 2000’s. (I think 2004 if I remember correctly.)
