Tired of candles not burning properly? 70% of the time a candle not burning properly is due to over burning a candle and not trimming the wick. A Cotton wick should be 1/4 inch from the wax (A wood wick is 1/8 inch).  A candle should not be burned more than 4 hours at a time with a preferred time of two hours.
