NWOT Only worn once to a formal years ago Smoke free, pet free home No signs of wear or tear Must be seen in person to appreciate detail but video shows good idea. It has peekaboo tulle details in the skirt to show off shoes. Dress has nice stretch up to 23 inches across bust and 20 inches in waist. 58 inches total length from shoulder to floor.
