brtne999 @shalomana62 I have not sent it for service. It was given to me new and I barely used it because I gravitate towards Nikons. I can tell you that it does work well, the only think missing is a lens cap. The Canon EOS 7D's video mode is accessed via a dedicated mode switch on the camera's rear panel, which selects between Live View and Movie modes. A Start / Stop button in the center of this mode switch is used to initiate recording when the switch is in the Movie position. Its very easy to use.

brtne999 Also, I'm open to negotiation and sending videos to you incase you would like to see something more specific. The body is in great shape and its a really nice lens which was purchased separately.
