Cap Sleeved Sheath Dress

Silk and rayon cap sleeve sheath dress. High waisted belted skirt falls just above the knee on me. I’m 5’8” so it will be longer or shorter depending on your height. The top is lined and the skirt has some stretch to it. I’ve never worn it as my mom bought it as a gift and I’m to top heavy for it. Price is negotiable please just make an offer.
