Cap purple dress loose top & fitted on bottom

This dress is a bit large on me but I included pictures so you could see how it's supposed to fit. It's cap sleeve and loose on the top but tight on the bottom. It can also be pulled down to be made longer. It's only been worn once and a beautiful purple. I bought it online from Victoria's Secret
