Cap sleeve blouse from Brass Clothing

Loose, lightweight breezy blouse with some frilly trim, new with tags from Brass Clothing. Purchased two in the closing sale—keeping the size medium which is very loose and makes me think I don’t need to take this one out of the wrapper to measure.
