Cap sleeve dress with empire waist and pockets

Very soft and some stretch (95% polyester 5% spandex) dress with empire waist with a 3” built in belt to accent waist empire waist with cap sleeves. The neck is a U shape, not to low to need a low/special bra and comes to about my knee length. The color is a beautiful navy and is very lightweight and dressed up or can be casual with a nice hat.
