Cap-Sleeve Lace, Off-white Dress with brown belt

Worn only a few hours for an engagement party. Perfect, short dress for spring/summer event. Sheer lace cap sleeve and cutout in back. Comes with skinny brown belt. I’m 5’ 3” and it fell a little above my knee.
