Cape Cod Neckwear I Snowman Print Tie I 1990s

This is a silly little tie for fun Winter wear by Cape Cod Neckwear. It is in VGUC, please see ***s below and accompanying photos for 2 teeny flaws. Photo 4 shows close-up of label. Photos 8-9 show measurements, 3.25" at widest point, and 54" total length. ***Photos 14-15 show two teeny flaws, one is just a little dot of fabric/pull (also visible in photos 2 & 5), and the other tiny flaw is that the label has come loose in one corner. There is no material or care tag, but my guess would be that it is 100% polyester based on the feel, as well as other listings of this brand that are NOT silk, with the care tags affixed. The last photo is a newspaper ad dated Thursday, June 8, 1995, appearing in the Bangor (ME) Daily News (p. B3). I didn't find any further info on this label, so based on that lone ad (there was one other in the same newspaper, different date, same year), I'm going to date this tie to the 1990s. There were no trademarks (US or Canada) or business entities with this name on the Mass. (or Maine) Secretary of State websites. So this is either a label of a larger parent company, a business registered in one of the other 48 states, or none of the above! :)
