Cape - poncho w/hood and arm holes small about 2T

This item is a shawl and it has a hood with a pom-pom on it. There is arm holes for the arms to go through it. Also at the bottom of the shawl there is lots of string coming off of it for design size 2T. Limited signs of wear, from a pet free and smoke free home.
