Capezio Black Salsa Dance Skirt

This dance skirt is designed so that the train will become horizontal when you twirl, while the top stays down to remain modest. The shorter side measures approximately 16” from the waist and the longest part is 26” from the waist. Elastic waist measures 27” when relaxed. For reference, I am 5’5” with a 27” waist and 36” hips. 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex Purchased in 2006. Only worn once. From a smoke-free, pet-free home.
