Capezio Dance/Jazz shoes

Capezio Dance Jazz shoes Have a lot of ware/scuffs but still in good useable condition. Unsure of sizing although posted a picture of the inside words (says 7 1/2 M but fits WAY smaller) I wore these when I was around a size 5 in women’s shoe sizing
