Capped sleeve dress

Gently used floral dress with capped sleeves. Can be worn off-the-shoulder. Slit in skirt at front right. Smocked chest and ties at the chest. Navy blue and white. Very cute! 16” pit to pit, but does stretch because the top is smocked. 40” long.
