Preowned, good condition, no tear, no stains. Size. Label says Italian size 46, by few charts I checked it matches size Large, but I measured chest size: 36 ins, which matches size US Medium. So I would recommend it as Medium. Length: 21.5 ins. Material: 90% cotton, 10% spandex. Stretchy. Made in Italy
