@pickingdaisy149 it can fit either way. I am a L and it fit fitted around my tummy and butt area but I am on the curvy side

@pickingdaisy149 I am sincerely apologize. I got confused on the length. I am 5’5 and it fits capris like so it’s slightly above my mid chin. Material is cotton/spandex like.
