Capris

I honestly don't know if these are capris or childrens pants. They are handmade and therefore no tags. The measurements are 11" across the waistband unstretched 13" stretched. There is also a hook and eye of sorts on the side of the pants along with a zipper and there is three adjustment settings. The inseam is 22".
