A short sleeved coat? Don’t you think it is more like a coat like dress? It maybe a part of a set. My mother wore these styles in the 60s, it was a twin set, and had a matching sleeveless dress under these. Gosh, she was so beautiful and so stylish!
Anyway, just sharing my thought. This item triggered fond memories. It is a beautiful “topper” I love it.
