Carbohydrates Calories & Fats Book

This book still in excellent condition aside from a few issues which I have documented in pictures, is excellent for giving you a good overview as to what carbs and calories and fats are in all your foods. It features over 30,000 different types of food including various name brands. This book has been used a little bit but I’ve got to downsize and it has served me well and I can hope someone else will get you sound of it as I did.
