Made in Hong Kong, this never worn vintage Size Medium Northern Isles hand embroidered cardigan sweater offers a timeless style. A 1980's paper hang tag remains attached. The fabric is 55% Ramie and 45% Cotton. With long sleeves, this knit sweater has a beautifully detailed pattern of red flowers and leaves. All of the edges have a knit scalloped design. Six front buttons are knit fabric covered. Please use these measurements, taken while the garment is NOT stretched. Don't rely on the listed size on the tag because sizing standards have changed over the years. Shoulder to shoulder is 16 inches Bust is 38 inches Sleeves are 22 inches Armhole opening is 22 inches Full length is 22 inches Hemline width is 40 inches The cardigan may be worn open, partially open or closed and I show those ways in the photos. It is not lined and there are internal shoulder pads that you could easily remove if you prefer a more natural shoulder line. With its style, this sweater can be worn with everything from a basic skirt, pair of slacks or pants and also with denim for another occasion. There are no pockets and no collar. Another wonderful aspect of this sweater is that it is just the right red to wear any time of the year. It is in Mint Never Worn Vintage condition and it was stored well by the original owner.
