Cardigan sweater

Bought from kohl's and it hangs in my closet. Super cute but I found I don't like the way the sleeves hang. I'm short so they're kind of long and have strings attached to tie. Never cut them off didn't want to ruin the sweater. Practically new only worn once. Size xl, brand fresh. Smoke free home but I do have dogs .
