Cardigan with black lace at shoulders

Ribbed cardigan buttons covered by fabric flap nipped in waist. I know it was size small. Either ann taylor or banana republic unsure as tag kept popping over neckline. Worn once. I'd be happy to take offers or trade but don't know where to find the "make offer" button
