Cardigan with ruffle trim size M

Upcycle Open knit cardigan has ruffle detailing in front and along hem. The ruffles have been added. Underarm to underarm 16 inches. Shoulder to bottom hem 24 inches. There is stretch to this cardigan. It fits like a medium even though tag says size L, so I’m listening size as M.
