I opened it and tried it on once, it did not fit me so I purchased an XL. For reference- I was a 34g cup sizing down to a 34d - and carrying a little extra weight (130lb) so with post surgery swelling this was too snug. I suggest this for 30-34 a-c cup persons - see size chart in photo.
