Carefree Color Block Hi Lo Dress

This dress is so sweet, flirty, and perfect for warm weather. Spaghetti straps, hi lo hem, no lining, made in the good ole' USA. 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex. Last pic is of a different color dress and only meant to show the waist. Waist can be worn as shown or higher up like a maxi/empire waist. Just a caution, the elastic part of the waist is not very stretchy. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
