Black & white crochet cowl neck bottom fringe cape poncho. There is five buttons that go down the front and back. They are for decoration purposes only. From the top of the shoulder to the shortest part of the bottom not including the fringe is 24 inches. The fringe is 3.5 inches long.. From the top of the shoulder to the longest part of the cape is 38 inches long not including fringe. The neck opening is 13.5 inches laying flat across, so about 27 inches around. The cowl neck part is about 9-10 inches. This is a size 2X and is in great condition. Material is 60% cotton 40% acrylic. Machine washable.
