Damage is on zipper of outside pocket and on the top where the shoulder strap secures onto bag. Crossbody style bag with two external zippered pockets, one external non-zippered pocket. Internal of purse features one zippered pocket and one small non-zippered pocket. The crossbody strap of this bag is removable.
