The Sulley hat is made of PVC is completely waterproof and has a comfortable and soft fabric inside to keep your head and neck warm and dry! This type of hat is typically made for Sea fishing or other ocean related jobs. So it’s heavy duty and is built to last a lifetime. Or it can be worn as an awesome rain hat! This by is completely waterproof not just water resistant (there is a difference). Through storage there is 2 dark marks on the top of the hat (view picture).
