The elastic at the sleeve hem seems loose, maybe it's stretched or maybe that's the way it was made. - Scoop neck - Body of blouse is fully lined, but the long sleeves are sheer with elastic cuffs - The lining is very lightweight, and the overlay is only attached at the top (shoulders and neckline).
