Carlos Black 3" Heels Made in Brazil Leather Uppers RED ROSES on Blue Wm 8 1/2

This is a pair of probably new and unworn sexy 3" stiletto heels by Carlos. For condition see photos. I don't think they were ever worn except to try them on. The heel condition is unused. Black Balance and bottoms. Thin black straps. The surface is light blue with dark red roses that have metallic gold stems. The bottom of the shoes say "Made in Brazil. Leather Upper. Balance Man Made." I bought them at the Good Stuff Thrift store in Las Vegas. This is the same branding as the Carlos by Carlos Santana with the guitar in the name.
