Carmello Hat - New

Parkhurst / Wool - Felt hat w/ flower. Water resistant. Cape sold separately. Mom worked at Lord & Taylor after she retired and used her employee discount to purchase a lot of items to give as gifts. Didn't discover till after she passed. All items are new. Have receipts but suppose doesn't matter now that they are closed.
