Carol Hannah Ria tulle wedding skirt with pearls

The skirt version of the Carol Hannah Ria dress (https://www.carol-hannah.com/ria). Pearl studded tulle over a liner that feels like silk. It'd be perfect for a reception dress, bachelorette party, engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or city hall ceremony. It would pair well with Carol Hannah Kensington top or the one pictured in the photo. On my 5'3" frame, the liner hits just above the knee and the tulle hits mid-calf (see photo). I normally wear a size 2, and this is just a touch loose.
