New with Tags from Carol Little. I picked this up at the Saks Off 5th outlet. Unfortunately I outgrew it before I could wear it. Charming embroidery on velvet. This has a nice give to it, and is a good quality velvet. Top is lined down to where decoration starts. Skirt is not lined. -laying flat waist = 13 in ( the fabric does have give) top- pit to pit 16.5 in. Washing instructions: Dry clean only. Fabric 90% poly 10% spandex.
