Size 4 Carole Little vintage 90s midi dress. 100% Rayon dress with original tag. Blue and black multi pattern flare skirt with an empire waist and dolman flutter sleeves. Has a side zipper, removable shoulder pads and nice silver tone beaded pendant at the V-neck. Tiny loose thread at the zipper see photo. No rips, holes, tears or stains.
