90s vintage Carole Little black velvet/velour dress, marked size 8. Fits like a modern medium (see measurements below). Maxi length, dark academia/whimsygoth vibes. Good preowned condition approximately 18.5" from armpit to armpit, 18" across the waist (has ties in the back), 21.5" across the hips and 51" from shoulder to hem
