Carolee faux two tone diamond and gold brooch

Carolee once said why wear the real thing if you can make them think you are for just pennies. You'll look twice then twice again to see that this is not a real 18k diamond rope knot brooch. Is used and recently rescued from a Texas estate sale. it has a missing rhinestone as shown in the photo. Can you tell which one? I didn't think so. Approx. 2" x 2"
