Carolina Belle black dress with gold and teal velvet accents size 4

Carolina Belle dress size 4 Dress is a sheer black material with velvet in teal blue and gold overlay. Fully lined. Lightweight. Three quarter length sheer sleeves with flare design. Beautiful dress!
