Carolina Herrera Fit & Flare Skirt

Truth in advertising: I purchased a Carolina Herrera dress from a posher(not to be named) and found out too late that it had horrendous body odor. Nothing could remove it, so I remade the dress into a skirt and here you have it. It’s an Italian graffiti print of black on cream in a fit and flare design with tiny black buttons all the way down the front. The pleats lie flat for five inches from the waist down and then flare out into pleats that flare beautifully for a length of 23”. The waist measures approximately 15”. I think it turned out cuter than the dress except I lost the pockets. I’ll send the red tank top with it. Top is a size medium Pink Rose polyester.
