Caroline Constas puff sleeve off the shoulder top

Caroline Constas floral top with dramatic puff sleeves and off the shoulder neckline. Top is a crisp cotton fabric with side zipper. Neckline hits on the side of the shoulder for a semi-off the shoulder fit. Loved the top just didn’t wear it enough to keep. In great condition.
