Caroline Wells Collection Vintage Dress with Belt

Caroline Wells Collection Vintage midi Dress with Belt. Size 16. Mock style dress. The top looks like a white button down with a faux buttoned vest over it. The bottom button near the belt seems to be missing and was safety pinned. The vest has a pretty floral pattern in autumnal type tones and has what I like to call almost vineyard or wine country vibes. The back and lower portion of the dress is solid black. Overall good condition, just that missing button, wrinkles from storage some tiny stains on the collar and staining/discoloration on the shoulder pads
