This is a rare skirt from handcrafted brand Carousel Ink. The skirt has only been worn a handful of times and is in very good condition with no stains or defects. The material is incredibly soft and stretchy, making the skirt very comfy. Waist is also made of a stretch black lace. See images for measurements.
