Carter's 18 month turquoise polka dot lightweight jacket

Carter's 18 month lightweight spring jacket. Turquoise with white polka dots and a yellow/chartreuse colored zipper and soft gray lining. In great condition with the exception of the 3 spots I found while taking pics, they are shown in the pictures. Have not tried to launder them and looks like they would come out.
