Carter's 24 Mo spring floral dress

This is such a sweet dress for any occasion during the spring/summer time. With a blue background full of colorful flowers and blue lining. The belt is sewn on with 3 flowers attached. It has no sleeve and 4 buttons on the back, 100% cotton. It has a darling petticoat attached as well for that full swirl dancing. It has never been worn but has no tag. I never washed it either. It comes from a non-smoking home and no pets.
