Carter’s Special Occasions dress

Beautiful party dress! It has black, white, and grey plaid with gold detailing throughout. The triple petticoat is a double layer of tulle over a polyester liner. All topped off with a black velvet bow at the waist! Absolutely adorable on! Worn once for about 2 hours. I did find a small spot on the interior liner while taking pictures. See pic 5. You can’t tell at all when worn and hardly noticeable when looking for it!
