Carter's Toddler Girl dress shoes white special occasion shoes with bow size 5

These shoes are in excellent condition! They were only worn once for about two hours! They are white with shimmer (but not the kind that falls off) with a t-strap and iridescent bow. The ankle strap is velcro closure. The bottom of the shoes are a tan rubber. The brand is not listed anywhere in the shoe, but I believe they are Carter's brand.
