bbluxevault All I'm asking for is some common sense from you. When you go to Cartier to buy something, why would they sell you something with the same serial number as every other item? Why would they make a serial number policy if they're going to make each one the same? Come on now. Use your brain.

bbluxevault You go to Cartier to pick up a ring and they give you a certificate for what reason? To show you and prove to you that the item is GENUINE, UNIQUE, and YOURS. That serial number is given to each piece SEPARATELY. It wouldn't make sense if I had a Cartier ring with your serial number. They are INDIVIDUAL items. With their OWN serial number. My gosh.

That said, the serial number is in gold, not the regular serial number tag/ sticker my other Chanel items.

kly1961 @jakusa Hun, I didn't mean to imply say it's not authentic, I said I wanted to verify that Serial # seems different than any of my other Chanel items. I received it new as a Christmas gift 2016. It came in a Neiman Marcus box. Tags were attached to the wallet, but did not have a Authenticity card that I can recall. That was my concern. I'm very honest in ALL aspects of how I live my life. I would never sell ( or purchase ) a fake. I want all my buyers to live their deal and item.

kly1961 @jakusa I called the store (N.M.) in San Francisco and told them when it was purchased and that I do have the gift receipt. They told me to bring it in and they will be able to tell me all about it. The sales staff there is always very helpful and they know me when they see me. After I get it verified I'm going to ask closer to what I would have if I had the Authenticity card.
