Cartier Love Bracelet

This is a size 18 Rose Gold Cartier Love Bracelet. I bought it thinking a size 18 would fit since I have a different Cartier bracelet that’s size 18 but it’s one size too small. Cartier allows you to exchange for a different size so I tried exchanging it but they sent it back to me because of a “scratch”. I literally took it out of the box, tried it on, saw that it was a little small and put it back in the box as if it was never opened. I cannot see this scratch they are talking about. So I would call this bracelet brand new. There are no engravings. Have all paperwork and boxes. Original price is $11,100, I’m asking $10,000.
