Cartise top

Very unique top with a rounded neck and sleeves that come down right after your elbow. It’s so picturesque with Italian condos, one on top of another, or they kind of look like Gracian Gracian stores in homes. The material is really comfortable and it’s made in Canada. Not been worn but a time or two.
