French brand Cartonnier navy trousers with cute assymetric belt fastening. Really cute as work pants or for that casual dressed up look of a fitted white tee, trousers and sneakers/sandals. Imo fits more like 2/4 The waist is adjustable since it’s belted. Totally loose the waist measurement flat is 14” Belted to the tightest hole waist measurement is 13” 10.5/11” inch rise Fabric is drapey and hips are about 19-20” lying flat
